Owing to the rapid expansion of industries and other innovative practices, HRM practices
at different levels have come into light and their influence upon performance of employees and
corporation is studied in the research paper under study. Such practices provide more capabilities
to a company so that it can retain, maintain and properly utilise its human resources in an
effective manner. In the modern era, service sectors, especially the telecommunication industry
is growing at a rapid pace thereby making it significant for the corporations pertaining to it, to
take due care of their workforce for attainment of competitive as well as strategic advantage at
market place. The article is based on a Malaysian telecom company with the sole motive of
determining the influence of HR practices such as training and development, participation and
compensation upon the overall performance of personnel as well as the entity.
MAIN BODY

practical all throughout the paper. This can be said on the basis of the quote from the paper
