The organizational structure is based on the human resource Department, the Human Resource
Department, and the human resource department recruits check the monitoring of the employees

Hiring selection of the Jaguar starts with the online selection of the candidates. The rest
part goes as the same like the Training and satisfying the employees with adequate
salaries and wages (Blackburn, 2016).

pattern and be comfortable in the work place.
Salaries and Wages- The HR Manager is responsible for solving the queries of the
employees according to the views and opinions of the employees
Performance Monitoring- The performance monitoring is done by applying many
performance analysing models and the different sectors have different way of analysing
the performances of the employees so that further training can be given in to furthest
analyse the flaws of the employees and the need of training to make the processes of the
productive.
