a meeting for providing justification. It was a challenge for me.
I dream of becoming a successful nurse. For this, I have played a proactive part in
volunteering the team projects, team work. Hard work and commitment are the
agents, which contributes towards accomplishing the identified and specified goal.
Ambitious nature would be efficient for me towards expanding the scope and arena of
my skills, abilities and competencies. I think self-evaluation would be effective for
ensuring their feasibility towards achieving the goals. Consistency in this evaluation
would be effective in terms of upgrading the standards and quality of my
performance.
Coping into a new environment would be a challenge, if I do not get support,
motivation and encouragement from the seniors. I specifically need training in the
area of problem solving and creativity for expanding the scope and arena of thinking
