workforce which helps in the achievement of competitive advantage. The activity also involves
hiring, firing, training and developing, compensation, motivation, communication and
administration of personnel. This assignment is based on 2 organisations first is Microsoft
Corporation, it is founded in 1975 deals in developing, manufacturing, supporting and selling
computer software, personal computer, consumer electronics and related service. Chocola
Fantastica, a South Wales, UK based company dealing in Tailormade chocolate based greeting
cards of innovative chocolate flavours and inspired designs.. Study will highlight effectiveness of
Human Resource elements. Furthermore, report will describe benefit and limitation of selection
method of business. Study will explain current job advert methods alone with their advantage ad
disadvantage. Study will prepare personal specification for receptionist post.
