The elevator pitch focuses on reprimanding the needs of HRM in Fastway as it is dealing with a
number of customers every day1. The primary agenda is to develop the communication policies
of the company that focuses on increasing the span of services wider range of options2. The pitch
focuses on making Michael aware of the significance of HRM in his company. Human resources
make the operations possible and that makes the goodwill3. Connecting people across the world
need some efficient people who can act as bridge4. Our employees serve the same service to our
potential consumers. There had been an issue prevailing in the company remained unnoticed.
Employee turnover rate and difficulty in employee retention. There are gaps in our policies and
activities that is falling unable to retain our potential employees. It is important to understand
that the towers we set, the programmes we make to connect internet facilities and the ultimate
communicators with our audience is these employees5. Machines can replace human tasks but
operating machines need human resources6. Unless a keen attention is paid to this, reducing
number of employees will definitely decline the company position in terms of deliverability,
performance and goodwill7.
