Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I have been given the task of undertaking a job analysis. It is for this reason that I am contacting you.
I think that this job will be very helpful for me in order to develop the skills that I will be requiring in the future. This will help
me to understand the kinds of skills that I need to develop within me. I have selected the method of survey and interview for
carrying on with this assignment. I have chosen the interview method as this will help in getting the exact information for
developing me. The questions that I will be including in my interview questionnaire are as follows
Why do you think yourself suitable as a manager?
How do you strike a balance between your personal and professional life?
How do you communicate with your employees?
How do you allocate the job roles?
What do you feel is the most complicate pat of your job?
How do you refresh yourself?

Planning
The manager has to plan each and every move or change that is to be brought about in the organization. In
other words, the manager will be planning the roasters, the targets, the feedback sessions and every other
such function. If planning is not done properly, the organization will not be able to make their employees
understand the same. They will be thinking that there is no point in following something that is not planned
at all. (Time spent-3months)
Monitor
It is the manager who has to monitor things properly so that they fall into the right channel and people can
actually understand them as well. If the monitoring is not done properly, there is a chance that the people
will be doing things in a wrong way. They will not be able to understand the right ways of doing the task.
(Time spent-3months)
Evaluate
The organization cannot function properly if the manager does not take any feedback or evaluation of the
implemented strategies. He has to make sure that he is taking proper feedbacks after initiating some
changes. Without any evaluation, employees will lose the interest and the motivation of abiding by any
new changes. (Time spent-3months)
Perform
The manager has to earn the trust of his employees through his performance. In other words, he has to
make sure that he is thinking about the employee welfare through his task performances. (Time spent-
3months)
Thus, I have learnt that in order to be a successful manager, I need to fulfill all these above job
responsibilities. I have to make sure that I am being able to acquire all these above mentioned qualities in
order to be successful in life.Thank you,
Yours truly,
Your name
