for this, a research methodology had been made by collecting primary data of various
manufacturing units and comparing the selection processes made by them. In this article, the
research and observation process has been made which reveals the recruitment process under
taken by them. Many companies’ follows few steps or stages in which employees has to
perform which enables the managers to select them in qualitative way. The process of
selecting competitive staff is made after analysing their qualifications and interest in work.

competitive employees are highly required which can be made only after gaining a keen
knowledge about it. Although the quality of the management team is expected to give fair
chances to all employees, still many times they fail to do so and can overlook employee
benefits and capabilities. But a successful enterprise will always make its selection and
recruitment in thought out and strategic manner. This article will be used in the next
assessment as findings of the method in selection and recruitment process in manufacturing

of employees in their work area. The basic purpose behind this article is to gather information
about employees working under lean conditions and their work quality along with finding out
demand of such job. The research methodology in this research paper gives an insight of
relationship between manufacturing units and workers working under unbalanced condition
