Organizational Aims: In the respective domain, the HRM is the mean to achieve the
efficiency and effectiveness for the entire organization. However, it helps in serving the
different other functional areas as well that includes attaining the different kind of
effectiveness in the operations of the organization and this will help the company in gaining
more efficiency in the tasks that are performed by them. Furthermore, HRM helps the
company in obtaining and retaining the skilled employees who are well motivated and
committed towards the work they perform (Sabharwal 2014).
Functional Aims: This is the second main objective in HRM wherein HRM helps in
performing different functions of the various departments in an effective manner.
Furthermore, it is seen that the facilitation should not be costlier in nature than the benefit
that is received in nature. Furthermore, the HRM will help in developing inherent kind of
capabilities of the individuals along with their contributions by providing them continuous
training and help them in developing more opportunities for development (Klarsfeld et al.

Personal Aims: In the present scenario, there is huge shortage of the requisite kind of
talent in the entire market and the different employees who are performing jobs in one
