Human resource management refers to the all the activities as well as operation which are

company. This will also focus on several people in the organization in order to make them

resource management is paying more emphasis on creating the functional division in order to
ensure that staff members are productive as well as performing well in the company in order to

2021). The following report will cover about the theory of human resource management as well
as several issues of human resource management.

Maslow's theory of motivation
Motivation is refers to the scientific method which will influence the people in order to perform
any practice or work which are linked to attainment of the goals and objectives of the company.
In addition to its basic problem is lack of encouragement among the people in the company and
because of this human resource management tries to use this method in order to increase the
level of motivation. Therefore, this will have the major influence on the employees in order to
accomplish the goals of the company. Moreover to this Maslow’s hierarchy it’s represented as
one of the pyramid in which the last element of this consist of the most common need of the
people on the higher side of the pyramid it is consist of the several complex needs of the workers
(Chopra, 2021). This theory is described below in brief.
Physiological needs – These are such needs which are required by the people as one of
the most basic need for the survival such as food, water, air and shelter. The associates of
the organization focus on managing their employees by providing them that suitable
environment where reasonable hours of working as well as sufficient monetary support to
them workers which will lead them to perform consistently in order to accomplish the
goals and objectives of the company for the long period of the time.
Safety needs – It involves such news which gives the people with enhance section of
security as well as protection from their health as well as wealth. The seeds of the
organization must focus on financial security, health insurance, personal security and

many more of their workers in order to increase their level of morale. Organization can
also offer the workers incentives and rewards which will also lead to enhanced
encouragement of the employees in accordance to perform more productive as well as
with improved performance in the operations.
Social needs - These needs are known as the belonging as well as feeling love and this
will means to the needs in order to feel the sense of belonging Ness as well as adaptation
in the specific atmosphere (Imron, 2021). As this is very crucial element for the people
in which people might not feel left out and alone. In addition to it there are various type
of the objectives which are required to fulfil in order to satisfy the needs of the employees
which will encourage that as well as promote there seniors as well.
Esteem needs – This is known as the made for famous respect as well as self-esteem
reach me over the crucial attainment of appreciation respect from others in the
organization it can be subordinates or the seniors of the company. In addition to it the
manager should also focuses on fulfilling the needs of self-esteem of their workers by
offering them credibility as well as appreciation when the person work more productively
as well as with enhanced performance in order to achieve the targets efficiently and
effectively. Kneader can also impact the workers by several techniques of providing them
incentives as well as promotion in accordance to manage their value in the organization.
Self-actualization needs – This means to the needs of the people in order to attain its
effectiveness the respective need will connect to the element in which one is capable of
maintaining their own terms. Therefore the associate need to maintain their level of
encouragement by making sure that management have no problem as well as issues in the
operations of the company (Louca, Esmailnia, and Thoma, 2021). In addition to it in
accordance to minimise the level of conflicts as well as problems management should
offer the workers with more authority of taking several decisions in their job
responsibility.

lack of interest in the world can increase the level of problems as well as conflicts in the
management of the organization among the workers in order to accomplish the goals of the
company (Noltemeyer, and et.al., 2021). These lack of motivation can also lead to low
performance as well as productivity of the workers in the organization as it will lead to have the
negative influence on the effectual attainment of the goals of the company which will lead to low
profitability of the organization for the long period of the time. As the worker as well as leader of
the organization that are working on their specific task in the same organization then
management should provide their workers more encouragement as due to it may be very much
effective to provide then guidance motivation and learning to the workers regarding the culture
of the organization as well as standards of the firm. Poor leadership can also lead to low level of
motivation in the workers as it can be the most basic cause of low level of employment retention
in the organization and low productivity of the company.
The leaders as well as the managers of the organization need to be very much conscious
regarding the problems in which management can conveniently resolve at their own level.
Leaders of the organization possess the very common Reason in order to assist their employees
that are lacking level of encouragement in the respective field of Area of there company.
Moreover to this with no effectual workers involved in the business then management requires to
higher effective leaders as well as managers in order to increase the level of encouragement as
well as motivation among the workers in the company which will lead them to accomplish the
goals and the targets of the organization effectively as well as efficiently. In addition to this if the
employees are not feeling satisfied as well as happy in their specific rules of the job then it can
lead to the organizational will managing the few elements of declining the standards as well as
values of the people in the efficient as well as effective course of way.
