INTRODUCTION
HRM plays three major roles in the organization which are operational, administrative
and strategic. In the administrative role HR department focus on the clerical administration. This
role also include recording, processing, labour contract storage etc.
This report will take B.N foray for this case study. It will provide primary HRM issues
faced by this company such as Poor employee's engagement, Change management, No outside
tanning, Poor diversity management etc. This report will also optimize the delivery of the HR
processes at B.N foray company. It will also include planning of costing, responsibility. In the
end of this report will cover risk register of the company.
MAIN BODY
Primary Human resource management issues in the company
There are many HRM issues faced by the B.N foray company. It is important for them to
look for those issue and make proper strategies to overcome those issues. Commonly this
company is facing issue in their organizational structure, change management and, poor
employee's engagement, no outside tanning, ineffective leadership and poor diversity
management.
Poor employees engagement
According to the case study of B.N foray company there is no engagement between the
companies superior and coordinates. Most of the employees do not know about employees who
are working in the other department such as finance and marketing. HR manger should improve
their relationship through group activities.
Change management
B.N foray company bring changes in their company which also affect on the HRM and

employees training. Employees are not able to perform their roles and duties in the absence of
superiors and managers of B.N foray, they need to provide training to workers, so they can

leaders should have effective leadership style. Company need a leader who can lead employees
and encourage employees to give their best in the task. B.N foray company should implement
democratic leadership style in their workplace, because it is affective and employees give their
contribution to make business successful. It is needed in this company because democratic
leaders give chance to the employees to take part in the decision-making, and they can share
their ideas and opinion to them. Effective leaders always give chance to the employees and it
also creates trust among team members. It is issue for the company because they have to find this
quality leadership style in the workplace so B.N foray can be successful in their business, and
they achieve their business goals and objectives. They need to replace current leader with the
effective candidate who can help their team to accomplish their aims and companies objective
(Leva and Sheehan., 2019). They should also ensure that leaders have effective communication
skills.
Poor diversity management
B.N foray company is totally failed to create and mange diversity in their business units,
as it is impotent for them to make their workplace with the equality and diversity but because of
the poor cultural diversity this company is also failed in their production department and facing
problem in the warehousing.
Optimization in HR delivery
HR department of the company should be strong because they bring skilful employees in
the company and make company successful. HR polices of the B.N foray characterize by the
staff turnover and cost saving. It is necessary for the company to pay more attention toward the

training and development programs. Company will recruit new effective staff for HR department

have been included in this amount.
