The human resource management has undergone a number of different changes in the
organizational culture due to the shift in the talent pool in the different organizations (Stone and
Deadrick 2015). The shift to the knowledge economy as seen a major shift in the organizational
culture giving importance to the individual talents in the organization.
Structural Frame: The structural frame of the organization has to be organized for the best
benefits of the employees for their overall development and job satisfaction among the different
employees in the organization. The structural frame should be made for the overall success of the
organizational factors and aiding the employee retention.
Human Resources Frame: The human resource frame work of the organization should work in
way that it retains employees who are efficient and recruits the different employees in the
organization based on its needs and aid the overall organizational goal achievement. The
framework should also support the proper communication between the management and the
employees.
Political Frame: The political frame in the organization focusses on the overall growth of the
different functions such that the voice of all the employees are heard without bias. The political
framework also takes into account the different local laws in the different organizations aiding
the growth in the different organizational levels.
Symbolic Frame: The globalization in the society has led to the growth of multiculturalism in
the organizational culture and the society which may lead to ethnic clashes. On the other hand it
also helps in increasing the cultural communication and the culture transfer in organizations.

Holacracy is one of the organizational structures where there are different teams of
people who work under the supervision of each other. It is one of the best ways to take into
account and tap into the talents of the different professionals in the organization. In the holacracy
a person can be a part of different teams at once according to the needs of the organization.
In the modern context I think the flatter organizations are more likely to succeed in the
market. The holacratic organization focusses on the development of the cultures in the
organization such that everyone has a say in the organization. The overall managerial role
changes in the organization as the manager may as well be a part of the team and lead by
communication rather than using the traditional managerial skills. The flatter organizations will
help in bridging the gap between the management and the employees and the employees can
better relate to the organization and the organizational goals thereby increasing the efficiency in
the different organizations (Bernstein et al. 2016). In the flatter organizations when there is less
gap and the different employees work in unison that also creates a sense of unity and team spirit
among the different employees towards working for the overall welfare of the organization. The
flatter organization will also help in the mitigation of the problems that any employee might be
facing in a scenario. Therefore in the modern globalized economy the flatter organizations are
better way to improve efficiency.
