 Objective: The primary objective of the
study is to find the association among
quality techniques in product development
and human resource quality management.
 Method: There was a total of 236 European
firms that was used during the study.
Additionally, there was use of performed
structural equation modelling.
Article 1: Role of human resource-
related quality management

 Argument: The results collected showed that HR-QM practices
helps a company in different ways.
 They include; knowledge integration organization and a
learning oriented which leads to successful new product
development.
 Conclusion: According to the study, for a company to
maintain its competitive advantage, it should implement QM
practices.
 Therefore, HRM plays an important role towards
implementation of best practice management techniques
(Gutierrez, Barrales-Molina & Kaynak, 2018). .
 These techniques when applied to a new product, it will be
easy in the development of the new product.
Role of human resource-related quality
management

 Objective: the research was aimed at
showing that knowledge management is
essential to an organization when it comes
to formulation of organizational strategy.
 Method: There were a total of 200
interviews that was conducted on global
specialists. Their inputs were classified
based on density of their occurrences.
Article 2: Knowledge management as a
factor for the formulation and
implementation

 Argument: According to the findings, knowledge
based management is a factor to consider when
formulating strategies in an organization. This
means that the success of an organization will
depend on their management practices (Dayan,
Heisig, & Matos, 2017).
 Conclusion: organizations are always struggling to
achieve success. Therefore, the success will
depend the approach being used to implement
their strategies. The study recommended use of
knowledge management.

 Practice management is a strategy used by
organization to help companies overcome different
challenges.
 The rate at which business functions on a daily
basis, there are numerous challenges that they
face.
 With the information provided in the first article,
organizations will be able understand how to apply
QM practices towards new product development.
 Article 2 recommended that the best way an
organization could succeed in it implementation
strategy is through using knowledge management.
