It aims to understand the concept of HRM practices, identify their impact on employee performance, and examine the relationship between these practices and performance outcomes. The proposal includes a literature review covering HRM practices such as training and development, and the link between HRM practices and employee performance. The research methodology outlines a qualitative approach using an exploratory design and inductive approach, guided by interpretivism philosophy. Primary data will be collected through questionnaires, with a sample size of 30 Aldi employees, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Ethical considerations, including participant rights, informed consent, and privacy, are addressed. The proposal concludes with a timeline for conducting the literature review, implementing the research methodology, interpreting data, and finalizing the project. Desklib offers a range of similar project proposals and solved assignments for students.

information. Generally, the main focus to use pre-existing models, theories which have been
used in the previous studies.
Research design- In this project, the scholar will consider exploratory design and supports to
explore the appropriate research questions. It is willing to change the direction or moment of
study in proper manner (Rumsey and et.al., 2022). When conducting exploratory design, it
also interpreting the research technique and identify the answer.
Research approach- In this project, the investigator will select inductive approach, starts with
focused on the observations, theories which are proposed towards end of the research
process. With the help of inductive approach, it is also formulating the questions and aim to
generate a meaningful output.
Research Philosophy- within study, the scholar will use the interpretivism philosophy which
involves or integrates with human interest (Wohlin and Runeson, 2021). Critically analysing
the interpretivism, emphasizes the qualitative analysis.
