INTRODUCTION
Human resource development is a term which shows the overall growth and upliftment of

Apple Inc. is a very largest enterprise by having its stores in almost 22 countries with
around 116000 full time employees which shows that this firm is having team of millions of
workers. Therefore it is not easy to control or regulate labours of referred organization as it
requires management team for managing all the activities and entire association which are
expanded over the seas. Human resource manager plays a very eminent role in enhancing the
knowledge and skills of employees so that they can perform their job role in a better way.
Workforce planning is a cluster of procedures which an enterprise may implement for
maintaining the efficiency of employees and management as well ensuring that long term goals
may achieved in a given time frame (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). Basically apple is a biggest
organization due to which HR manager having number of responsibilities with various purpose
and performing few essential functions for improving overall personality of workers.
