Human resource management as the name sounds is very crucial and important for any organization .It
is a central repository and is necessary for all round development of any organization and helps in
achieving it’s aim and the objectives. By the coordination of the HR team the member of any domain of

development of the staff. Health and Medical facility by maintaining the TPA (Third Party Agreement )
with the various hospitals and by organizing the various health checkup program which includes the
specialist in physician, dietician and orthopedics etc. Lloyd bank HR department takes a lot of initiatives
in fulfilling the above mentioned demand .

This is one of the most important and the challenging department in almost every organization because
this plays a very important role in the success of any organization and helps to achieve the name and the
