Human resources management is the process of managing all the function of the company in

human resources' management. Lastly the report will analysis the workers relation and impact on
the decision-making process of HRM.

make sure that the workers or the assets of the organization are accomplishing the goal of the
company in adequate manner or not. In context to that the HRM department coordinate and
cooperate with the workers of the organization. Along with that the members of the HRM of the
company specify or determine the objective of the organisation in order to implement and for
different plans of action (Engelsberger and et.al 2022.).

Rewarding and recognition: in order to increase the engagement of the employees the
organization provide rewards to the workers as per the performance. It helps in boosting
