Introduction In order to conduct the research five journals have been taken under consideration
on Human Resource Management. Being an important part of Retail Management,
human resource management’s involvement cannot be denied. In this aspect these
five articles are highly efficient to determine the changes that are observed in
work culture. In this regard different practices of Human Resource Management,
Innovative work behavior, training and development and importance of teamwork
in a work culture have been defined. How to achieve a flexible environment in
