INTRODUCTION
HRM practices describes the certain of functions of HR manager that are needed to
perform in order to manage human resources which includes providing security to employees,
hire the right employees, self-managed and effective teams, training in relevant skills, fair and
performance-based compensation, making information easily accessible to those who need it,
fair and performance based compensation as well as creating a flat and egalitarian organisation
(Aktar and Pangil, 2017). The following training plan is about Nissan Motor Corporation which
is an international automotive manufacturer with its subsidiary in UK. The training plan focus on
two areas which includes recruitment and selection documentation as well as recruitment and
selection process. The training plan describes the HRM practices in a work-related context for
improving sustainable organisational performance. The following report covers training session
for recruitment and selection documentation as well as recruitment and selection process.

The Nissan Motors manufacturing UK want to promote their products and service in the
market in effective for this they assign this duty to its HR administrator to recruit and select
suitable and skilled candidate for the post of Sales executive in the company in order to help in
promoting the product as well as increase their sales in effective manner. The individual can also
conduct proper research about market in order to analyse the best strategy that help them to
promote their products in the market more efficiently. The individual can also understand the
needs and wants of their potential customers in order to develop their products according to their
needs for making them satisfied (Zhou, Fey and Yildiz, 2020). The company also wants that the
individual work effectively with their team members in order to get best outcomes from it and
for managers to extract the best possible performance from them. The individual should also has
ability in order to influence customers to purchase their products which results in maximisation
of profit of the company. In order to recruit highly skilled and talented employees for the

organisation they offer competitive salary for them as well as provides various benefits also. In
order to make sure that the HR managers of Nissan understand the correct method to undertake
the process of recruitment and selection with necessary documentation and to teach them proper
standards of performance management, a training plan will be developed whose details is listed
herein.

Training session means providing a time where the bidder provides proper instructions to
the person in order to train for the purpose of making them effectively work in the organisation.
This makes HR manager of Nissan to follow certain steps in order to recruit and select
documentation of the candidates who are capable and suitable for the work in order to conduct
their task in better manner. In the training session of recruitment and selection documentation
company need to provide proper training to their employee so they work effectively in the
organisation (Aydoğan and Arslan, 2020). This makes important for the HR managers of
Company to prepare an one day training session while helps company to make their candidates
motivated in order to work in the organisation. After recruitment and selection of the candidates ,
there are some activity performed by the organisation in order to train them to work effectively
in the organisation are described below:
Submission of documentation- When the employee is selected for the job role they have
to submit the document to the HR managers where the managers of the company are required to
provide a form in which candidates fill their personal details on the form as well as submit it with
their certificates and results for verification (Cristiani and Peiró, 2019). This will helps in
understanding the document are provided are correct or valid and does not create any problem in
the future. This makes company ensure about the new candidates who are working in the
organisation are correct and properly skilled.

Welcome the new candidate- In this steps, the HR managers to welcome their new
employees as well as introduce them to all the employees organisation by telling about their field
of work, qualification and experience which helps in make to feel comfortable and encouraged in
order to work in the organisation in better manner for gaining the various advantages. This will
help company to retain them in the organisation in order to help company to achieve their
organisational goals and objectives in better manner.
Orientation- The next step which is required to perform in first day training session of
the new employee in the organisation (Gope, Elia and Passiante, 2018). In this step manager
need to provide proper introduction of the company to candidates along with the rules and
policies of the company in order to make them to perform their task in the organisation in better
manner. This will helps in making new employees known about the guidelines of the company
regarding the job role which helps in performing their task in better manner.

Induction- This refers to an important step for the one day training session of the new
employee which makes candidates to know about their job along with their manager or leaders
from whom under they perform their task. This will help in making their candidates to know
towhom they need to inform about their work and queries which helps in conducting the task in

Informal gathering or group discussion- The other step of one day training session of
the new candidates which makes HR managers to create informal gathering where new

in better manner (Milliman and Clair, 2017). This will help company to make them to perform
their task in better manner in order to achieve their organisation goals in better manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above training plan, it has been concluded that different types of HR practices
help company to motivate their employees as well as influenced them to give their best efforts in
the organisation. Recruitment is an important process of the human resource management of the
company that helps in attracting the most qualified candidates for the job role whereas selection
process helps them to identify as well as select the right candidate for the right job. The one day
session training program for the recruitment and selection documentations as well as recruitment
and selection process which helps company in order to make new employees to work effectively
in the organisation or gaining various advantages from it. There are some steps involves in one
day training session of the employee which helps them to work effectively in the organisation
which includes submission of documentation, welcome the new candidates orientation, induction
as well as informal gathering or group discussion. All these things helps new employees to feel
comfortable to work in the organisation for gaining various advantages from it.
