department is to provide comfortable and positive working environment to their staff members
so that they can perform all their task in an effective manner within facing any kind of issues and
problems. Human resource department provide training & development sessions to their staff
members so that they can enhance their skills and knowledge to beat the level of competition.
This as a result help in achieving predetermined goal in an appropriate manner and within
specific time period.
In addition to this, it has also been identified that implementing HRM practices within the
workplace contribute in the growth and success of business organization. This will help in
providing support to the employees in order to work in positive working environment so they can
effectively accomplish their vision in an appropriate manner.
Problem statement

influence on the overall productivity of an organisation. One of the major role performed by HR
department is to provide positive working environment to the staff members and for this, they
ensure requirements of each and every staff member is fulfilled and their problems is resolved
effectively and rapidly. The human resource department provide training session to new as well
as existing employees in order to enhance their skills and competencies. This help employees to
easily solve customer issues and handle them in a positive manner that directly impact on the
reputation of company in a positive manner.

their task in more effective way. Implementing HRM practices among workplace creates
positive working environment which as a result leads towards the enhancement of sales of the

information which is collected by researchers can easily be analysed. For this mainly two types
of methods are adopted which includes qualitative as well as quantitative. In reference to the
current investigation, researcher adopted qualitative method as it will assist in analysing all the
data and information in an effective and detailed manner which is based on human perception.
Research philosophy: This is a method commonly adopted by investigator in order to
examine the collected information in a positive and effective manner. It mainly includes two
main types which are positivism as well as interpretivism. In relation to the current investigation,

Furthermore, it can easily be understood that organisations who provide positive culture within
the organization can easily attain goals and predetermined targets in an effective manner. Also, it
is observed that the employee turnover ratio is reduced as people working within the
organization freely work and contribute their share in the attainment of organizational goals. At
last, secondary data collection method help the investigator in order to gather authentic and
accurate information about the topic within stipulated time period.
