JOB PURPOSE:
Manage all the operations regarding stores to check the gross sales, policies and comely
customer services is been delivered. Ensures all employees to do better training in the
organisation.
Roles and responsibilities:
Ensure all staff members to keep the environment clean
Identify the key to measure all strengths and weaknesses in the organisation
Assess the advance knowledge to determine company's vision mission and objectives in
the business
Work in the effective team members so that sales growth are made and proper margins
incentives and gathers some outcomes in the organisation. This helps to make various decisions
that planned and policies is been implemented. All employees in the organisation will planned
and implements various plans and procedures that require different information in the
organisation.
Wages act- In this act the employee should receive the proper salary and incentives in
proper time so that effective decisions is been made and organise the plans. ZARA is a
organisation in which all employees should receive proper salary on the proper time (Schaufeli
and Taris, 2014). The employees should receive the proper salary on the proper time so that the
competency is been achieved for the desired outcome. The employees in the organisation should
gathered proper incentives and implement various programmes and methods in the organisation.
All resources is been enhanced to gather some information and the employers have the proper
