INTRODUCTION
Decision making is the process of modern management and process of deciding about
something important for the group of people or for the organization. Decision is made with the
selective course of action among the alternatives find for by the organization. Failure of
decision-making occurred when the wrong alternative are selected or not properly analysed the
selective actions to make decision (Al Mamun and et.al., 2019). However, to increase the
efficiency in decision-making for any organization, various skills are need to be developed and
IT skills help company to make effective research planning and execution of strategies made. It
also increases the efficiency of employee in the working of technology world.
MAIN BODY.
I used to worked in a promotional team as a digital marketer executive in Fit-cure
company which provide healthy products and service to their customers. The key role for me was
to promote the new healthy products which produce for the health conscious customers. The
company was not working so professionally and many key factors was not analysed before
launching the product in market. This results in Failure of decision-making by the top
management results in failure of the product in market and suffer with huge loss and cost
incurred on the new healthy product. (Araiza-Alba and et.al., 2021).

ï‚· Description: The company was planning to launch their new product which target the
customer prefer to be healthy and on diet. The management had made the strategy of
advertisement and promotional activities. The company failed to achieve the target set by
company in promotional activities due lack of decision-making among the top
management at a time of preparing the strategies (Davidson, M., 2020). Top management
was not involved in the promotional activity which results in failure of online campaign
and offline marketing. I was the main head of advertisement and promotional department
and my team work for the online campaign that promote the company name and their
products offerings to market. Strategies were made by the top management and
involvement of other department is not allowed by company which shows lack of
employee involvement in the decision-making. The strategy that followed by the
company is to target only those customers who are working out on the gyms and not

ï‚· Feelings: The product was new and the target customers are also known, but employees
was quite nervous about the launching of product at the time of event and before
launching the promotional activity is occurred (Gupta and et.al., 2017). When the survey
and other offline marketing implemented, team was waiting for the response of customers
towards the new product. But after the launching of product in the market, when the
product fails to fulfil the customers needs and wants, team morale was down and not
motivated towards the organization. Customers were not interested in the product that are
offered already in the market without any innovation in product. At that situation, me and
my team was totally broken by seeing the responses of the customers review towards the
products.
ï‚· Evaluation: After, the failure of the products in the market, the good think was Fit-cure
start involvement of employees in the decisions and making of any strategies for the
company. The experience was not good for the top management as they were only
responsible for the strategies to target only those customers' workout in private gyms.
Also, the employees were not so motivated after the failure of product. But me and my
team taken failure as positive note to improve the advertising and promotional activity
and analysis the target customer in-depth to know the needs and wants of customer
during the time. My team also motivate the other department to work effective and smart
for the new product and make it success in the market.

failure of product, I realize about the team coordination and analysis the market with the
effective tools that give us more effective results. The marketing team need to be more

product innovative characteristics that attract the customers more towards the company

of them accordingly. I'll make sure about the planning must be prepared with the proper
research of market and customers need which help my team to advertise on the potential
customers.

Description: Increase in the IT skills in organization bring the effective result for the
company. Skills improve the working of the employee and brings the best result from them to
organization. Increase in IT skills create the organization to work I effectively and efficient
working of employees (Mihajlović and et.al., 2019). This help company to reduce the cost of
product and working by increasing the efficiency of employees. The IT skills like Excel,
designing, website developer, accounting software, company's internal software etc. which help
organization to work efficiently and achieve the target goal within time period.
Feelings: By increasing the skills of employee within the organization make the
employee motivated towards their work in the company. With the failure of the Fit-cure product
in the market, the IT skills is also one of the main reason of the failure (Nair, and et.al., 2017).

The report concludes that failure of decision-making of the Fit-cure is happened due to
lack of proper strategy and coordination between the employee and management. Involvement of
employee in decision-making create the top management and company centralize structure (Yu
and et.al., 2018). Fit-cure face the failure of product due to lack of market research and potential
customers are missed while taking the survey and marketing the upcoming product. However,
improving the IT skills of the employee help company to work with effectively in the market and
increase the employee efficiency. These skills include excel, new software tools fort marketing
like google analytic and SEO audit skill to developed better strategy and improve quality product
according to demand.
