The company adopts different policies to recruit and select competent employee in the
organization it is because of increasing productivity and to take competitive advantage.
However, there are several factors which influence the recruitment and practices of the
organization and leads in finding difficulty for the companies to maintain better functioning by
recruiting skilled employees in the particular job and task (Sarre & Prenzler, 2018). To overcome
this strategy organization use different strategies to do migrate employment so that it can gain
competitive advantage. In the project proposal, “Migrant employment: recruitment and selection
policy in Westpac Banking Corporation is selected it is because company emphasis more on the
