the management o human resource in the organisation namely Virgin Media. It comprises of the
several strategies and theories that are to be taken up by the organisation so that the employee
satisfaction and employee motivation could be formulated in the organisation. It further deals
with the recruitment process that would help the organisation in recruiting the best possible
employees so that the organisation could be benefitted from the work that would be done by the
employees in the work sector. Along with that, it further concentrates on the differences between
the personal management and the human resource management (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014).
It is witnessed in the assignment that the organisation runs in a successful manner with the help
