within the association, so as to ensure that the work and services of the teams at health and
social care sector have positive impacts on the health of organization’s service users. The role of
leaders and managers of the organization is very vital as well as important for the management
of working teams effectively (Reeves, et al. 2011).
The leaders of the organization must develop self-awareness by demonstrating their personal
traits and qualities so as to effectively interact with the team members of the organization. For

development. This model would allow the organization to form an effective team which would
