The paper is based on personal experience and the learning I have gathered in the development
process of my knowledge and skills towards working in an organization. My initial work
experience was working in a health and care centre that was dealing with mentally disabled
individuals. This has been one of the most inspiring and positive works I could have done for
social service and also deal with the team I was working with. This has provided me with
multiple positions and experience I can face and the strategies I can make to deal with the
employee needs and develop my knowledge. If I had not worked before the variation in the job
role and the amount of creativity and public interaction involved in this position would have
always been my point of excitement for this position. In this assignment, I will justify my
response by dealing with the practical and theoretical needs of the situation.
Human Resource Management
According to me human resource management the work and activities of human resource that
deals with the needs and practice of the workforce by keeping in mind the personal needs of an
individual and the benefits of an organization. The reinforcing ideas in human resources
management include the development of requirements and the training and development of the
employees. This has helped me in developing an individual understanding and has also helped
me in promoting innovation and small activities to be used in the organization. These factors
inspired me to use my personal experience and intellect in the organization to deal with the
quality and knowledge of the individual.

The four primary process that I feel human resource management is responsible for includes
employee-benefits design, training and development, performance appraisal employee
recruitment. These have been affecting me in various ways like in recruitment process I am hired
in my dream organization, in training and development I am trained to perform as per the
organization, and I learn the ethics of the organization. By adapting design and performance
appraisal process I can understand the rewards and the procedure through which my work and
my ethics are analyzed in an organization. These practices have helped me in developing trust
and have improved my functionality in an organization. The training process has helped me in
the application of my ways and my knowledge in the growth of the organization and also helps
me in knowing the needs of the organization. The recruitment process of human resource
management has helped me in understanding the needs of the different organization and to
prepare themselves concerning the organization. These practices have helped me in
understanding the internal and external needs of the organization and the aspects of personal
behaviour that can be applied in the recruitment process. The performance appraisal depicts the
monetary and nonmonetary conduct of an organization and the impact of the same on the
motivation of an individual. This shows the various checks the company puts on an individual to
reward them on every section of the work process they adapt (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014).
Key demographic and employee concerns
The significant issues that were noted in the organization include workplace safety; this is very
important for employees working in unsafe conditions, another is the poor communication in the
workplace that provides for proper data and service communication. This is important for
employee coordination. Another is the salary concern every employee wants to get paid as per

the qualification and experience they pose. Apart from that favoritism in an organization is also
important to know the type of work culture in the organization. These issues have made me
realize the developmental needs of an organization and has also affected the strategies and
policies established in an organization. These issues have helped me in understanding the plans
that can be added concerning current employee needs (Bailey, et al., 2018).
Reasonable Accommodation
To apply reasonable accommodation, I will, for example, introduce part-time jobs and flexible
working hours for the people working in the organization. This will be helpful in providing
benefits to all the people working in the organization and can also help to understand employee
needs and resources effectively. The reasonable accommodation can be useful to deal with the
needs of the employee concerning the features available and best fit in the development of an
organization. This will be helpful in understanding the current strategies and impact of the same
on the human resource practices adopted by the people.
