and security training is needed properly so the employees can feel safe in the environment. You
have discussed about two types of criminal violence in the ociety. One is the common criminal

homicides have increased a lot in the contemporary times. We must be very aware of these facts

since we cannot let people die because of these reasons. The issue of murdering taxi cab drivers
while they are on duty has become a very common thing to be precise. The social injustice and
criminal psychology is probably responsible for these facts indeed (D'Arcy, Herath & Shoss,
2014).
This has put the level of danger of driving taxicabs at a higher level. I should mention
that there are some other professions where the employees or workers are victimized because of
either personal or professional grudges. As these taxicab drivers have to work till late night and
interact with people from various fields, there are high chances of vulnerability among them. The
problem that lies within their profession is the fact that they have to work with hard cash.
In this scenario, the help of Bible could be taken since Jesus asked for keeping and safe
and hazard free environment in the workplace (Arterbury, Bellinger, & Dodson, 2014). This
model should be followed by the companies. I agree with your examples like Lyft and Uber as
they have begun the services in a cashless system. The numbers of these services should be
increased on a regular basis. More safety and security should be provided to these taxicab drivers
as their lives are at stake. So, these factors are overall very important to be included in the
measures to be taken by companies.
