The report is all about human resource management. It explains various functions of Human
resource management. It include purpose of HRM with its importance. Chocolate Presence used
selection methods to select the best talented applicant among the pool of candidates in order to
fill the vacant posts and reject the non- suitable applicants. It analyzed Chocolate Presence used
improvements in selection process with problems and limitation faced by these improvements.

human resources in order to improve the productivity of the organization. Human
resources are the assets of the organization. It basically means to hire and develop
candidates and to retain large talented human resources in order to meet the goals of the

Recruitment and Selection - The human resource management is done by recruiting and or
