the key element of success in every organization. Through their good management potential,
managers are an inspiration to the employees hence they are tools for success within the
institutions (Jeston & Nelis, 2014). Through analytics, managers shed light to the employees and
can engage them in their responsibilities hence they hit the targets of the company. Therefore
understanding managers portray action insight, and they ensure the organization performs the
best.
The HRs plays great roles in strategic management planning such as leading to happier
employees by nurturing their efforts towards performance. They are obliged to position the
organization to enhance a successful scaling hence provide a direction for the organization. The
human resource managers minimize the time to fill the vacant positions since they have an
insight of technologies and tools needed in the organization (Kehoe & Wright, 2013). Finally,
they ensure culture is maintained by enhancing expansion of various industries as well as set a
pace for the employees in the future.
In my organization, human resource managers improve the bottom line for the
organization through helping to deliver the organization services. The HR focus to attain the
goals of the organization as well as accomplish the mission statement.
The recommendations to enhance the HR’s role in the strategic planning of the
organization are that they should ensure they align their functions with the business strategy. The
