management and employees and address best from them for company future progress. The main
function of HR is best utilized the organization resources to get best results in better way . 'Sat it
with chocolate' is a chocolate manufacture company of United Kingdom. Firstly report will
explain purpose and importance of HR functions, role and responsibilities of HR, advantages and
disadvantages of employees recruitment process (Bogner, 2018). After this report will discuss
about person specification, medium of advertising, advantages and disadvantages of advertising
medium. Next step of report will describe employees graduate and apprenticeship schemes,
development opportunities, flexibility in work and job design. And the last discuss about
employee engagement, approaches and employment legislation.
