Human Resource stands for the department managing the people in an organization and the
people working for the organisation. The need to understand the need of the employees in an
organisation and to deal with the motivation of the people working there, the term Human

The individuals applying for the role of cabin crew with BA must not possess any visible tattoos
or piercings that cannot be covered by the mandatory uniform of the BA that every cabin crew
