INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is considered as an important department in an
organisation as they helps company in implementing innovative and creative ideas through
which they can achieve set targets and goals (Werner and DeSimone, 2011). By introducing all
the activities firm will be able to improve their productivity and market shares in speculated time
frame and human resource department assist them to do so. Therefore, they provides all the

objectives. In big companies like House of Frazer, they have adopted hierarchical management
