INTRODUCTION
In organisation, human resources are integral part of business which are adopted for the
aim of running the functions and operation of business in proper manner. Human resource
management is defined as concept of strategic approach which is concerned with hiring, selecting,

high rate of interesting as they have invested in the firm. With fast moving of market and trends, it
enterprise have been able to keep their speed in terms of innovation or inventions for example they
have been able to introduce new technologies such as scan and go for Android as well as IOS. The
growth/ profit ratio of business is rising at rapid level (Chelladurai, 2018). The subordinates in firm
work with high morale and complete each task on time which enhances their performance level at
higher scale. Also, investors easily invest in business as due to goodwill of firm in market
(Armstrong, 2020). With use of effective strategies, it is easy for them to achieve profitability &
