As per the whole report, I have seen that there have various HRM practices which have
important and effective for business in order to achieving goals and objectives of company in
effective manner. Standard causal model of HRM and HR value chain both are the best model of
HRM which includes various activities and outcome for being working by motivating
employees. I learn that training and development program is very important and effective part of
company’s HR system. This system helps to improve ability and working style of employees in
effective manner. During the training and development session, I have felt that created various
issues and challenges due to some specific causes. Those had created negative impact on the
business and understanding power of employees. Through that employers got confused about
training system in another manner.
I felt very nervous at the time of training and development program because at that time I
have not any idea of any HRM practice and working knowledge. But, when training program
was starting then I learned various model of HRM practices which had highly important and
effective for business in effective manner. I feel that there were various employees and
candidates have best and proper knowledge of HRM system and practices as compare with me.
During the training and development session I have feel that trainer faced some of issues and
challenges like conflict management, developing new leader, consisting training and madding
some changes into the organizational structure. Employees who are already working within the
organization are not ready to accept those changes. This had created issues for management and

has created issues for me. As per me training and development session is very important and
effective for business. This has recognized by me at the workplace because all the employees are

development session is not organized on time and in day to day manner. As per that i have give
some recommendation to make and organize effective training session within the business. Here
management should use the online training session and create good and happy working too for
employees. That is help to understand feelings and wants of employees in effective manner. This
has created effectiveness for business by improving skills of employees in effective way.
