Personal reflection on the basis of experience in term of planning, designing and pitching a
training event proposal and how work in growth of different stage.
Reflection can be defined as the activity which takes place in own mind when start from
initial stage in everyday life and process. Most of us go through life viewing on the basis of
experience as isolated and find out unrelated events (Young and George, 2019). Reflection has
various facets which mainly enhancing the right meaning. Sometimes, I have considered as
personal experience with better encouragement during complex learning situation but I have
focused towards the growth and development (Antchak and Ramsbottom, 2019). Therefore, it
easily controlled or managed in proper manner. Furthermore, I have believed that reflection
mainly involved linking with my current experience to previous learning. It involves cognitive
and emotional information from different sources.
I have been shared the personal experience during the training event planning which
mainly followed the different steps that help for providing direction to achieve desirable goal and
objective (Torres-Sanchez and Conway, 2019). For a training to take place, I have great deal of
planning that required to be done in both trainer as well as organiser. Initially, I have been
working within team for organising and coordinating the people which involved in event.
According to me, training event plays important role in current work situation because I
have improved own skill and knowledge where how to handle the different process in step by
step manner. The event like this happen I must get approval and also submitting the
documentation of higher authority. Afterwards, they will decide to give permission. Before
preparing the event planning (Hill, Cheesbrough and Matthews, 2019). I have coordinate with
other team members and discuss about the resources, equipment’s requirement for event. I
always tried to maintain the coordination with group members and participate different role in
proper manner.
Being training consult in the enterprise so as increased a lot of responsibilities towards
event or programmes. In order to manage all requirements facilities as well as services in proper
manner. Before organising training, I and other members deciding to hold an event that could be
request from commissioner or other teams (Torres-Sanchez and Conway, 2019). I have released
that become important step for ensuring the purpose and outcome of training event, clearly
defined its specific result. In this way, planning works towards delivering that training event. In

According to me, it is an important process before organising training event. So as
required to make better decision while interacting with training organiser, with sponsor’s what
overall budget for the event. I have found that training may be funded solely by other fees paid
those are attending. In this planning section, I mainly focused on the necessary resources such as
foods, venue, trainer expenses and cost/price. In my personal experience, during planning that
become important to consider booking of training venue. Initially, I and organiser consider this
point to identify suitable venue for purpose of training event. Often this need to be done before
several month in advance (Liedtka and Ogilvie, 2019). I have been considerations for choosing
the suitable venue in context of location and convenient for people to reach in right place.
Ideally, have a good transport link and other facilities for people. This considerations will
be pre-examined by organiser where I have found that cost effective which provided the better
learning environment or culture. Furthermore, I have been determined the learning requirement
during training event planning. Through my own skill or knowledge, I have captured the learning
needs of other members within remit. Multiple information may come from the different sources
and give better direction to do planning in proper manner (Santonen and et.al., 2019). According
to me, it become great experience in planning phase where improving own abilities to handle the
current situation and how to implement different facilities on the basis of requirement.
Sometimes, I have realised that innovative idea become important for any planning which
provide the direction to achieve the specific goal and objective.
Now move to another step when contacting with trainer which providing the training
session for employees. Once I have identified and captured the learning needs among employee
so that it become easier for selecting appropriate training phases. Furthermore, I have focused on
the different source where trainer will design or deliver the training session to employee. At this
phase it is useful for team member to identify aim and objective of training session. Also
expected to achieve desirable target (Sleeman, 2019). I have understands which can possible
when only providing the general training in order to fulfil requirement of employee. In this
process, I have considered the important step to keep the channels for purpose of communication

when I do not have experience in working with other team members. Through experience, I have
identified that trainer deliver the training on particular subject of employees. Before, it may
require to collect essential materials and resource that will want to use. I have shared the
experience when already identify the essential resource which mainly used in the training event.
In this way, it become easier for me and other group members to define particular aim, objective
and other training methods.
Apart from that I have been delivered the training plan before organising event which is
also consider as important part for maintaining the session in proper manner. Even more
experienced trainer use plan although they are able to adapt thing as per requirement (Young and
