research on the growth and development of the industry. In context to Amazon, they use this
model because of its foundation and instructions. The basis of this model is that the needs,
chances, and warning within and outside the industry will differ turning on the phases of growing
the company which analyse itself inside that by utilising its stages named as start-up, growth,
maturity, decline and death (Palm, Bergman and Rosengren, 2020).
Strategic contingency theory: This theory means the smaller parts, or sections, inside the
company which actually have capability over each other due to the industrial partition of the staff
that makes planning emergencies. The management of these emergencies tells the foundation for
the strength of a business. In case of Amazon, this theory is beneficial due to the ability to learn
from a particular condition and to utilise this to impact upcoming management of similar
conditions. The capability to modify to outside force and alterations which is also beneficial.
Applications that an HRM team take to ensure ethical practices which are
used in their recruitment procedure.
Ethical practices used in the process of selection of employees.
Ethical practices are related to the belief, loyalty, regard and control. Unethical attitude ranging
from the dividing of confidential data without authorisation, to impose the employees for
positioning all the services. Ethical practices plays an important role in recruiting and selecting
because of human resource which is a crucial source of competition superiority for a business or
a company if workers are recruited properly and managed accordingly.
The collection of ethics means to hire that concentrates on thoughtful and positioning. The
selection procedure which has a systematic, good measure that permits the place to be fulfilled
on time and do not leave the candidates in a permanent procedure (van der Laken, 2018). But
ethical recruitment concentrates on standard employees over value and aims to assist fairly long-
term equity rather than simply fill a place.
Ethical practices include:
Treating all employees equally: The important thing is moral, it is essential not to differentiate on
the base of persons who are gender specific, race, nationality, belief or political thinking.
Continuously viewing workers related to their suitableness. In case of Amazon, it is essential that
HR executives are loyal, compatible and purposeful throughout the hiring process.

Provide voters with the best training to ensure: They have a short working list, interview, or
testing abilities. In context to Amazon, they know about their racist obligations which are related
to job merit. They are capable to perform their recruitment process correctly and efficiently.
Using skill related test: This practice is used to accomplish a true hiring which contains a test of
skill abled persons. That is a test or an assessment for all the candidates or employees those who
want to join the company, they have to pass that test so that there is a fair selection. In case of
Amazon, the issue is that if they simply think that good students come from best universities and
undergo with an incident with brand companies. This means that those from poor backgrounds
will always be ignored. They know that partiality results to those individuals passing out on
ethical selection procedures (Alande, 2017).
Performance of workers: Organizational performance is what the business brings to stakeholders
in terms of finance and operations. It is considered to measures such as residual interest income,
rental, refund, operating costs, and stock. In case of Amazon, they assert that an effective and
efficient firm is capable to integrate, extract, and regenerate it faster than a competitive in order
to continue special operations over time. This has been the view that many employers connect
with workers decline with morals, inspiration, high absenteeism, employee overpopulation and
ethical problems.
Discrimination involves any bias, stigma or discrimination based on gender, age, religion,
pregnancy, birth of a child, family, marriage disorder, sexual nature, pre-imprisonment or
sentencing. A part that has the impact of disrupting equality in employment or at the time of
election. In context to Amazon, discrimination related to the aforementioned factors is unfair
practices in recruiting and selecting procedure. Sexual harassment is a violation of the law in
which it defines sexual harassment as unlawful sexual intercourse, a request for sexual consent,
and other speaking or physical sexual conduct (Yasmeen, Bibi and Raza, 2019).
Misrepresentation of the need of job: A person who hires a large retailer met with senior staff to
create a need of job for a new place. Later, the worker expanded years of working, study and
certain jobs to draw high-level people. In relation to Amazon, when a recruiter hires an employee
to be baptized, they saw that he was overly qualified and not satisfied. They have submitted a 3
resignation letter after doing 8 to 10 days of the job. It is easy to imagine that downgrading those
requirements could results to a re-election of a candidate who is inexperienced and frustrated by
the legitimacy of the job (Yu, Bairdand Tu ng, 2021).

Recommendations which the HRM can take to resolve the problems.
Managing the conflict: Problems at any workplace dissent that disturb the working flow of
company. It is based on a problem in which a person sees a threat; they may see these dangers as
physique, emotional, or power. It is usually a movement, not a particular issue. Amazon can also
see the solution if any conflict occur whenever a person try to get other people to alter their
actions or to get the wrong profit.
Leadership management: Arranging a problem-solving meeting, preferably in a blank area. By
setting basic rules in which asking everyone included to treat each other with respect and to
make an effort to listening and understanding the talking and opinion of others. In case of
Amazon, they ask each candidate to detail about their conflict, which includes the necessary
changes (Marwa, 2021).
Managing all the workers: HR can also improve profits by workers growing programs.
Additionally, HR can improve the assets of the organizations through various hiring programs.
HR can also improve production process through employee engagement, improved riding ways,
and profitability of the business.
