company founded in 1901, it is the world's fourth largest cigarette company. Its headquarter is in
Bristol,UK and are engaged in producing cigars, fine-cut tobacco, snuff, tubes & tobacco papers.
They are selling their product in over 160 countries with the brand names Davidoff, West,
Montecristo, Golden virginia, drum & Rizla (Marinescu, I., 2017).
Vacancy For Organisation- Business Analyst- It is an important part of business organisation as they are the one who
analyse the business domain and documents. They act as the bridge between business
problems and solutions. Business analyst task is to understand needs of business changes,
assessment of business impact of those changes, documenting requirements and

person from outside the organisation. Imperial Brand have two such vacancies which require
work experience, so company can not go for the campus placements because they do not want
freshers(Chadi, A. and Hetschko, C., 2018).
Selection:
For selecting candidates Imperial Brands will not go for complete process they start
directly from the interview and perform till medical examination.
At the very first step company start interview process of the candidates because they their
required vacancy is very high level in which number of applicants will not be very large.
In this process of selection, HR professionals will face to face ask questions from the
candidate and try to observe the person to know if they are suitable for the company or
not.
After completion of interview, organisation will conduct reference check of those
