INTRODUCTION
Hrm is the process which is being defined as managing the human resource in company
ass for achieving profits and achieving goal of the company. HR manager of the company pas
very important roles a for staffing, recruiting, retaining and rewarding employees as for building
satisfaction and productivity of the company by increasing profits. Hrm plays very important roe
as for achieving success of company as by motivating and maintaining organizational culture by
creating competitive advantage by providing high morale satisfaction to employees working
effectively in company as for achieving profits. RHP is recognized as non-profits company
established for providing housing facilities with affordable prices to large number of consumers.
The most innovative organization established for providing better home facilities to large number
of consumers for increasing satisfaction. This report provide details about evaluating the

explaining with examples. Also, analysing the different approaches use for motivating and
knowledge management for creating skilled and dedicated workforce. Also, using various
evidences for supporting HR developments. Lastly, evaluating about the organizational designs
and responding for adopting changes using two different organizational situations for

and evaluating the company structure. This theory aim in defining the structure of company for
conducting day to day operation in company, RHP. Considered as the most innovative an
effective housing provider in the country. As company is recognized for providing digitally
housing provides for satisfying consumer in term of technology oriented homes. RHP non-profit
company is considering of the four individual structure of country conducting housing projects
(Daumiller, Stupnisky and Janke, 2020). The company is consisting of four individual country
housing project which is recognized as the strong capability and assisting as technical oriented
homes for satisfying consumers. The main importance of organizational design theory is it helps
in designing various structure and designs of the groups by providing the overall overview of

company functions. As its support in providing overview of companies internal and external
factors impacting its operations with addressing all the questions which impacting the company

following the matrix organizational structure, as where the people and engagement team bring
together with the L& D , also hr communication including two people in L& D also five people
in HR and communication including 5 people (RHP, 2022). Which are reporting directly to the
head of official. Organizational theory and designs consisting of their models and theories.
With applying the Classical organizational theory in company, organizational are
recognized as machines with this theory and working personnel in company are the extensional
which helps in achieving profit. As for instance company is using various business employees
working in company as for evaluating and effective manufacturing technical oriented homes
(What Is Organizational Design Theory?, 2022). as by centralizing and focusing on providing
better outputs to employees with respect of inputs helps in achieving and increasing efficiency.
Examples: various benefits of outputs offered by company to employees as for providing
and serving organization with increasing profits as by increasing efficiency as health and care
benefits, trusted pension plan, well-being allowances, prioritizing mental health of employees
working in company. Also, providing work life balances policies and various holiday package.
Also, canteen service inside the working areas and interest free loan. With applying this it helps
in achieving organizational objective as for building the sustainable homes with adopting modern
methods of construction by providing various outputs to employees.
Applying Neoclassical theory in company, it explains about the organization is system
of various interaction between different individual working in company as for achieving success.
This theory mainly focuses on behavior of various individual influencing working in company

Providing incentive: This motivating techniques used for providing incentive to
employees, providing various incentives tend to motivate employees for achieving success and
motivating to work better. As by providing various cash and non monetary incentives to
employees working in company. Monetary including various performance based incentives
given to employees by working with the RHP group of individuals. Furthermore, providing cash
incentives to employees as a part of pensions provided non monetary included as providing
various plans as of health cash, ell being allowance, enhances maternity benefits, holiday
package and flexibility and inclusive working hour of operation as by recognizing employees
extra efforts and providing additional incentives for working in company (Vrchota, 2019). As by
providing incentive to employee it helps in motivating and better engagement towards working
in company. Also, it creates tension and competitive working environment.
Setting achievable goals: As setting measurable and achievable goal motivate
employees for working with setting proper short term plan with clear defining goals. Also,
fostering and encouraging open communication with all the worker working in company. This
helps in communicating and openly sharing view and openly which help in better retaining
employees by hiring and making decision for the company as for achieving success. With this
approach it motivates employees for accomplishing goal as for attaining and recognition whereas
it hinders the success and hinders in achieving complex goals and challenges.

For improving sustainability various considerations and suggestion to company are as follows:
Making innovative use of launch pod system for leading th better future which helps in
achieving better sustainability in company as by building offsite houses and advising
framework as for constructing modular and digital sites.
Installing various smart technology helps in achieving and reducing the cost of various
repairs products used by th company as for maintaining homes on better way will helps in
achieving sustainability.
Also, adopting new rating system as of EPC helps in rating all the stock used for
constructing materiel used in building various houses made by the RHP groups .
Company must providing and construct all the houses which are affordable for consumers
which are not able to rent and purchase house for living.
For measuring performance of company, adopting the lagging indicator helps in

adopting new creativeness of working and digitally housing facilities at affordable prices.
