their lives. One of the ways in which such a thing can be done by the women of the world is
by the utilization of the HRM special issues itself. The utilizations of the techniques of the
HRM in the case of the women can help the readers to understand the equality which the
women of the society in the fields of their careers as well as in the field of leadership
perspectives and also other advancements in the society as well. In this case, the research
perspectives conducted in this matter would help the researcher to understand the areas or the
