INTRODUCTION
The company is incorporated for achieving the goals and objectives but in order to
achieve these objectives, it is necessary that the management should take effective measures and
motivate the employees so that they can effectively contribute in the achieving the goals .With
the changes in the business environment it is necessary to plan the strategies and make changes
keeping in mind the needs and of the employees and accordingly bring effective changes in the
company(Akpoviroro, and Owotutu, 2018). The report covers is segregated in two parts . First
part covers the role of leadership that exist in the ZPG and also how the structure and culture
can support effective transitional change. Second part highlights the ways in which ZPG can
build effective teams through motivation an also identification of the team development
attributes.

Role of leadership
Leadership refers to the ability of an individual to influence and guide the followers or
any other members of the company and also to motivate in achieving the goals and objectives of
the company. In order to achieve the desired objective, leader should have effective skill and
knowledge that helps in building effective relationship that the managers of the ZPG should have
strong communication and management skills through which they can easily coordinate with
their subordinates. They also should possess innovative and creative thinking skills in order to
bring change within the company which can helps in achieving the desired goals and
objective(Khan, and Wajidi, 2019). The leader of ZPG should communicate about the plans and
policies to their subordinates and also motivate the employees by rewarding for their
performance which will boost the morale of the employees and they will effectively work in
accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organisation.

that helps in interacting with the team members and other members of the organisation.
