important function for the management and also Microsoft considers this function to manage its

Training and development of Microsoft
The management of Microsoft has considered employees training and development functions
that assist in controlling the basic functions of the management. To assist the growth culture and
to meet the learning needs of the employees on the global platform, training is provided to the
employees (Vovk et al., 2018). It is examined that diverse range of learning and development
opportunities are provided to the employees so that they can give their best towards the
organizational operations. Microsoft believes that training is not only limited to the instructions
given formally but training emphasizes on offering the right learning at the right time. It is
necessary for the management to give training in the right manner and at the right time by
offering right opportunities as it creates positivity in the mind of workers (Cohen, 2017).
