 To understand the demographic details of research participants
 To examine the existing structure of Work-Life Balance of Employees
in context of the Information Technology Sector.

Method:
The researcher has used Descriptive design’ method by considering the
survey through questionnaire on 100 employees.

Argument:
 92% of respondents seek that work life balance could increase the
employees commitment.
 64% of respondents seek that work life balance and other activities for
personal life and family could decrease the work stress
Conclusion:
 Work life balance and managing diversity could positively impact the
employees.
 Work life balance and managing diversity could enable the employee to
work positively on the working place and feel free in personal life

Challenges)
Aims and objectives
• To discover the workplace attitudes in the context of IT
• To discover strategies for improving the workplace diversity
• To explore the barriers to accept workplace diversity
• To discover approaches to enhance inclusiveness
• To explore techniques to enhance awareness about workplace diversity
Methods
The descriptive design is used by considering survey through questionnaire
on 350 research respondents.

Article 2
Argument:
• Barriers of workplace diversity: discrimination, stereotypes, and harassment.
• Strategy for improving workplace diversity: employee morale, productivity, and
retention, creativity, and performance.
 Conclusion:
 It can be concluded that workplace diversity can be occurred by harassment,
stereotypes, and discrimination
 It can also be summarized that organization could use enhance the morale of
employee by training and development method to enhance workplace diversity.

