Human resource are considered as a valuable assets as well as lifeblood for entire
corporate world because all the work is managed and handled by them only. Main objectives of
every enterprise is to strengthen the performance of employees by implementing various
methods and technology; for instance training and developing programmes, conduct
enhancement classes, coaching, mentoring, seminars or conferences etc. Business firms are

much significant for polishing the talent, skills, learning and knowledge of employees as well as
