INTRODUCTION
Professional principals and values refers to the guidelines
which needs to be developed which can be used to evaluate
business related beliefs or principals which help in the
development of professional behaviour.
These values may reflect ethics, practices, norms and
standards within a commercial environment which needs to
be developed as a professional development.
This study includes ways of professional
development which is carried out in reflecting the health
and social care practices, reflection using tools to measure
health care practices, development of themes for the
development of the professional career, evaluating
difference between practice themes and other performance
indicator.

This study reflects the social development of the workers at the workplace this study is used for the
development of the workers health and social care which needs to be developed .
It is necessary for every firm to develop health and social care practices. As many of the workers
suffers from mental or physical illness which needs to be addressed so as to develop a social well
being of the workers at HSC(Almutairi, Salonitis and Al-Ashaab, 2019).
There is a need of improving a social and personal care in the organization as it will help in the
development of the workers. Health care awareness needs to be defined within the organization
which helps in the development of personal care.
Various health care practices can be evaluated to create awareness and social responsibility within
the organization.
This elaborates about the support provided by the colleagues within the workplace.
This tells us about the psychology, biology and nutrition practices which needs to be addressed to

Simplicity: Simplicity is the key for the development
of the individuals. Being simple and creating a
healthy work environment by concentrating on work
and helping other in the difficult situation
Complexity: complexity is the quality build for the
better working which can help to achieve the task in
the complex situations which can help in working in
the harsh situations.

Refection of learning can be done by the reflection of
the personal evaluation which needs to be carried
out focusing on the evaluation which needs to be
developed in order to carry out the reflection

Reflection needs to be carried out for the evaluation

The above skills discussed needs to be learnt to
