HSC Multidisciplinary Teams: Enhancing Personal Contributions

This report analyzes the effectiveness of personal contributions within a Health and Social Care (HSC) multidisciplinary team, emphasizing strategies to enhance teamwork and overcome barriers. It reflects on the author's role in minimizing obstacles to effective collaboration through feedback mechanisms and identifies ways to improve personal contributions, such as effective communication and providing support to team members. Effectiveness of own personal contributions when working with the
multidisciplinary team
My personalized contributions when working with the multidisciplinary team
has bee effective and has result in leading to attain positive outcomes. I have
mainly focuses on different steps that have assisted me in amending my personal
contribution in the HSC setting as well as result in increasing effectiveness among
the MDT those are working to support the patients with different needs like
learning disabilities, dementia, mental health problem etc. teams working within
the HSC organization support in accomplishing the objectives that is to provide
effective services to the dementia patients. So I have analyzed that all the tasks
rendered by the team are accomplished on time without the hurdles.

Whereas my skills and knowledge regarding the different behavior patients
also benefit the most and thus, result in leading to accomplishment of set goals
and objectives. However, I may also took different initiatives for rising the overall
effectiveness among the team thus, with this it result in completing the activity ad
task at the workplace. However, I have also measured that fulfilling my each and
every responsibility within the MDT result in rendering quality services to the
different patients. However, the foremost objective of HSC is to render the quality
services to the patients those who are suffering from the disease to amend their
illness. On the other hand it is also necessary for every team member to take
initiative respect with the improvement in personal contribution at the workplace
and this will cut down efforts of every employees and they can work for the
improvement of HSC setting.

Analyze own role in minimizing the barriers to effective teamwork in
HSC
For minimizing the barriers to effective teamwork in the HSC there are different
ways that will assist me to overcome the barrier. The different role are;
 Feedback mechanism: While executing the operations as well as activities
within the team I must took response from the subordinate as well as team
members so that I can easily minimize the barrier to the effective teamwork.
Through proper feedback mechanism I was capable in determining the areas
where my actions and performance is not up to the market and that I need to
develop for rendering service in the team. Whereas feedback mechanism it
assist me in building strong relationship that result in improving the skills
and abilities. On the other hand by providing feedback to some other
employees respect with their execution and thus, result in enhancing the
individual personal contribution that directly lead to effective teamwork.

Ways to improve own personal
contribution
In order to amend my own personal contribution in the team I may adopt different
methods that would directly assist me to perform the activities ad services in the
effective manner. However, to work for the betterment of HSC organization it is
advantageous to activity in team and it is required by every member to give his
best for the betterment of organization. It will immediately help to face challenges
and will help health and social care firm. Large number of patients arrives to get
services from firm so it is necessary to work in teams rather than individually.

Communicating: For effective teamwork it is necessary to communicate
effectively so that every member can understand the message transferred. I will
try to communicate with different sources within the workplace so that maximum
contribution can be done that can benefit health and social care firm.
Supporting: It is considered to be effective way as I will support every team
members at the time of performing operations so it will indirectly improve
performance of whole team and more patients can be served in lesser time.
Whereas providing proper support will improve confidence and motivation level
that is necessarily require to work in the organization. I will use different methods
to support them like providing them training and conducting other sessions will
improve overall effectiveness.
