Statement of Purpose
I believe that education is an inevitable part of our lives as it helps us grow and change us
to be better while giving us a different perspective. As a student, knowledge is the key to
achieving our goals while ensuring success at a professional and personal level. I want to peruse
business administration because business touches on almost all aspects of human life; hence
business experts are on demand worldwide. Studying business also has positive implications in
solving and managing real-life situations.
Higher education stages are different, but they are all aimed at advancing education. I
have done a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Uka Tarsadia University, INIDA after
that went to New Zealand and graduated with a diploma in applied management from Otago
Polytechnic University. I am now applying for a Masters in International Business at Hult
international business school, USA. From my education background, Business administration
will compliment my diploma in applied management, as well as compliment my projects in ICT
from my first degree. This course will be perfect for me because I am a Hands-on person who
likes to solve practical problems which keep the business functioning. I also have a creative
side, hence learning business administration will help me tap into the ideas I have. I am
motivated to study in the U.S.A because employers and schools recognize degrees from the
U.S.A because of the impressive international reputation.
