Human Behavior Influence from Strong Genetic, Biological or Evolutionary Factor
Human behavior is an outcome of the environment surrounding and genetic makeup.
Human behavior is predetermined by strong genetic influences. The power of evolution shapes
genetically adaptive behaviors (Obradović et al, 2010). Behaviors of children are largely
influenced by the parent's genetic characteristics. Though gene does control traits, it does not
control behaviors. Rather genes facilitate the reaction to the environment.
Biological factors include cytokines, hormones, extracellular matrix molecule, growth
factors, nucleic acids, and cell surface molecules, significantly impacts functioning and
behaviors of cells by multifold. They do have a certain impact on human behavior.
Evolutionary factors explain that ways early man developed language skills and
communication. Evolutionary psychologists argue that evolutionary factors contribute to a
person’s survival, behavioral, reproduction and other instincts.
Universal Behaviors (apply to all humans because they are homo sapiens)
Universal behaviors are traits that are shared by members of the homo sapiens species.
Plato’s and Aristotle provided a foundation that all creatures constantly adapt to a perpetually
changing the environment (Bell, Hankison & Laskowski, 2009). Basic emotional experience
goes on throughout human experience with little variation and is a basic biological necessity.
The genetic and anatomical behavior provides the legitimate and scientific explanation of
universal behaviors amongst humans. A few other behaviors are emoting music and need for a
guardian.
Skills we are biologically inclined to acquire
Skills that we are more biologically inclined to acquire are creative skills, learning
capabilities, ability to adapt in our surrounding, instincts and so on. These skills we are
biologically prone to acquire without much variation amongst people.
