Statement of Purpose
Designing of computer technology has always been the area that brings me interest as it deals
with the interaction of human or the users with the computer systems. I have found myself very
much attached to this field since I researched a lot about its meteoric Rise leading to change the
society. I am also interested with the sophisticated use of the electronic system in various
applications. HCI is an extensive area that connects with many other zones such as user centered
design , user experience design as well as user interface design. As computing is becoming more
pervasive reaching out to the daily needs of human life, academia and industry, gaining
knowledge in this field will successfully develop systems that can be relied upon to place people
at the center of digital revolution. In my future career I want to extend my knowledge part in the
field of Human Computer and Interaction while particularly gaining knowledge on how the
behavioral cognitive works in this technology. Even when I reached high school, I spent a
countless number of times on researching about the best way by which I can gain knowledge on
this course and have identified numerous institutions that provide the Human Computer
Interaction while providing the ground of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge as well as
hands on experience that would help in shaping up of the computer systems in the future. As this
course reqires no specific disciplinary background and experience hence it gains my attention
especially to shape the digital future meeting the human needs.
