Introduction
The report throws light on analyzing the different aspects and role of the human
factors in the organizations. The impact of the human factors on the efficiency of the
organizations is required to be identified along with the different aspects which will be
assessing the human factors in the workplace effectively. Lastly, the strategies are required to
be identified which will be assisting in improving performance and morale by concerning
themselves with human factors.
Overview of Human Factors
As commented by Grosse et al. (2015), the human factors are defined as the different
environmental, organizational along with the different job factors, human and individual
related characteristics that helps in influencing the behavior of the individuals at the
workplace in a manner that can affect the health and safety of the different individuals.
Furthermore, the respective definition helps in including the different interrelated aspects
which consists of individual, job as well as organization.

accidents along with ill health as these can cost the business money, reputation along with

factors approach mainly focuses on making the best possible utilization of the capabilities
such as through designing the jobs along with equipment which are fit for the different
individuals. With the implication of the same, it will be improving the health and safety and
ensure a better, proper and effective managed organization.

There are different processes or strategies which can be adopted for assessing the

proper involvement of diagnosing the different faults under the time pressures can affect the
health of individuals negatively.

by Concerning Themselves with Human Factors
From the analysis of the human factors, it can be identified that there are different
kinds of strategies which can be adopted by the companies in improving the morale as well as
performance of the individuals through concerning themselves with the human factors are as
follows:
Firstly, the company and the higher officials need to show that they care for the
employees working in the organization through providing them with incentives and other

performing the different activities which can be a threat to their lives.
Furthermore, there can be proper check that the control measures work through
reviewing the risk assessment on a regular basis that will be helpful in making the different
improvements further and gain competitiveness in the market as well. There can be
introduction of appropriate control measures which can be incorporated by the company as it
will be enhancing and mitigating the different human failures that has been identified.
In addition, the senior management or the risk assessment teams in the organizations
need to have proper knowledge relating to the risks that can affect the morale of the
employees as it will be reducing the likeliness of the different failures and save the lives of
the different individuals in the workplace as well.

Therefore, it can be concluded that human factors play a vital role in the
organizational aspects that will be helpful in improving the business operations in a
successful manner. The different senior management officials of the companies need to take
care of the different human factors which are essential to be embraced and improved in a
