Include a description of how your perception of HR has changed during the semester
I had this view in mind that the HR department is responsible for managing the human resources
working in the organization. However, I have seen in the course of this semester that employing
the robots in any organization in place of the human workforce is becoming very popular. This
has to be kept in mind that the HR department needs to manage the working and the working
conditions for the robots just as they do the same for the human beings. However, there are many
advantages and disadvantages of using the AI or the robots for performing the works. The HR
department has to make sure that they are not ignoring the human workforce. My views have
undergone a sea change after going through this semester. I have learned that The HR
department can appoint the robots as there are chances of getting the work done in a fast and
useful manner. A robot can be made to develop products in a fine way as they can easily perform
tasks in a greater minute detail that the humans cannot. As a result of this, AI or robots satisfy
the customers in a greater way than the human workforce. They can deliver the products in the
best possible way. They can carry on the work in place of the human staffs until they are fully
prepared.

Remuneration is one of the most important activities of HR department. However, this is affected
greatly y the application of the Robots. Robots will never ask for any remuneration and the cost
of installing them is also affordable and is becoming cheaper with the development of the
technology. On the other hand, the human workforce will surely demand a fixed monthly

remuneration. As a result of this appointing the robots is very cost effective. However, this also
decreases the chances of human employment. So, it is the duty of the HR department to be open
towards the adoption of the new and modern technologies and at the same time be able to
manage the human and the artificial workforce together at the same time.

I think that this project topic had been very useful for my present and future perceptions about
the HR department. Computerization and AI are really very useful for the modern day scenario.
They help in speeding up the process of recruitment, training and guiding the employees. This
not only speeds up the work but also makes it cost effective. However, at the same time, this is
bad for the human staffs as there is a chance for them to lose their jobs and it is for this reason
that there are some precautions that must be taken by the HR department. They must be looking
after the needs of their human employees a well. They have to keep place both for the human and
the robotic workforce. They have to train their human employees properly so that they can get
ample work opportunities and do not feel left out. They must engage the human and the digital
force together properly.
