INTRODUCTION
Human resource management plays essential role in order to managing the all resource of
business enterprise. They work as to maximise the performance of employees with the help of
strategic objectives. The HRM is the function which mainly focuses on recruitment, management
and providing the direction to people so that they can able to perform their firm activities in

to the highest level and as corresponding to the role in organisation. HRM is all about acquiring
